Dear Mr.Lebedev,

On the London Sydney Rally of 1976,I broke my neck and paralysed myself in a Bombay swimming pool.

I am founder and chairman of Motor sport Endeavour,an organisation that gets disabled people involved in motor sport.

Our patron is Damon Hill MBE,previously World Champion Racing Driver.

For each of the last three years we have taken part by invitation from MAKI (Moscow Auto Club Invalids) in the Nazedhe Rally.This is held in June and 80 cars started this year from Red Square.We won the team prize.

On each occasion the British Embassy has held a reception to which Russian Disabled organisations are invited,together with representatives from Moscow City.

On our return we were invited this year by Ambassador Fedotov to the Russian Independence Day reception in London.

We are a member of the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce and run a varied programme of events for all disabilities.

Next week we are visiting a disabled school with interesting cars and films,as we want to expand what we are doing to allow disabled children to be involved.

The diplomatic services of both countries support what we are doing as it is "non-controversial" and it is our plan to develop this worldwide.

We have contact with disabled driver groups in Australia,South Africa,Iran,France,Russia and are currently talking with the FIA (Federation International L'Automobile) with this aim in mind.

We are trying to develop tourism in the krasnodar region. From theme parks waterparks hotels with indoor waterparks. Our goal is to create Russia's first branded entertainment leisure company.
